CHILDREN POLICY
a. Children under 5 years old are FOC if sharing bed with their parents.
b. Children from 5 to 8 years old are charged at 50% of the adult rate if sharing the bed with an adult
c. Children from 9 to 11 years old are charged 75%
d. Two children under 12 years old sharing a private cabin will be charge 75% of adult rate. Children 12 years old and over will be charged at the adult rate
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
To complete a booking, tourists are requested to provide us with some personal information as below
- Full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport number, contact number at least 24 hours before check-in hour.
- The personal information will only be used for the cruising registration with the Local Authorities, and will not be shared or used for any commercial purpose.
- The company may photograph, film, record images of the tourists during their transportation, during the time of activities in the trip. Those images may be used for social media campaigns and published for marketing activities. If the tourists do not want their images are used, the tourists can announce directly their Sena Cruises member who will do her/his best to exclude those guests from the images taken. DEPARTS 7:30AM – ARRIVES 11:45AM
HON GAI PIER – BAI TU LONG BAY – VUNG VIENG VILLAGE – THIEN CANH SON CAVE
7.30 – 8.00: Pick up at your hotel in Old Quarter and depart to Bai Tu Long bay
11.45: Welcome guests at Sena Office, enter our waiting lounge for short break before getting on Bai Tu Long bay cruise
12.30: Embark Sena Day Cruise, start cruising to Bai Tu Long Bay, enjoy the beautiful limestone seascape while passing by Teapot islet, Blockhouse islet, Goat Head islet… then have lunch on board.
14.00: Arrive at Vung Vieng village. Take the rowing boat to go deep into the village and learn how the local people survive among the ocean, interact with them and visit the fish farm. You can choose the do kayaking around this peaceful village too.
16.00: Continue cruising to Cong Do area, visit the mysterious Thien Canh Son cave and relax on the beautiful beach.
17.00: Enjoy a sunset tea and join in a cooking demonstration to learn some traditional Vietnamese dishes.
18:00: Cruise back to harbor, pass by Dragon islet and relax on board.
21.30 – 22.00: Drop off at your hotel in the Old Quarter. End of 1 day trip Bai Tu Long bay.

Fabulous lunch is served while Sena Cruises- Luxury Boutique Cruises starts her sail into to magnificent Ha Long Bay – an extension of Ha Long Wonder which is much quieter and has fewer tourists. She will pass famous Finger Islet, Candle Islet and thousands of uniquely shaped limestone towers and islands.
15:00 | Explore Lan Ha – Ha Long Bay, hit the green emerald water for kayaking or swimming (if the weather permits)

is a famous tourist attraction with three nice fairytail beaches, a truely romantic landscape.
It is time to discover Lan Ha Bay yourselves with your travel buddy sharing kayak.
While kayaking, you will have a brief look at the geology of the karts mountains that form a beautiful surrounding.

OPTION 1: Visit Viet Hai village
Our crew will take you to Viet Hai, a small village located in the midst of the jungles, covered by the high mountain range of Cat Ba National Park. Spending around 30 minutes for biking along, you will feel the peaceful atmosphere and charming scenery of a typical village in the North of Vietnam.
OPTION 2 : Cat ba Island – Visit Trung Trang Cave
In the months when the tide is too high (from May to Oct ), Sena Cruises- Luxury Boutique Cruises will take you to visit Trung Trang Cave and iconic and historic
cave in Cat Ba island.
Our cruise manager/tour guide will inform you which option we will follow based on weather conditions on the day of departure.

Sena Cruises- Luxury Boutique Cruises reach Đầu Bê Island, one of the most beautiful islands located in the South East of Ha Long bay. It is your time to discover Ha Long bay on your own way with tandem kayak (double kayak) to explore the beauty of nature in hidden lagoon with lots of stalactites hang down from the ceiling cave. You can also go snorkeling to admire the amazing aquatic world. These activities might depend on the tide level of the bay. In case the tide level is too high or
too low, we will do kayaking in Dark Cave, Bright Cave area.

Back to Sena Cruises- Luxury Boutique Cruises after outdoor activities, this is perfect time to relax yourself with a cocktail. On board, you may join a traditional cooking class presented by our crew. Before dinner, our
experienced captain will choose the most tranquil area to anchor for overnight stay.

8:30 | Leave Sena Cruises- Luxury Boutique Cruises to canoe for transfer to Beo Dock
9:00 | Travel to Cat Ba National Park from Beo Dock by bus
There will be time for bushwalking into the wild. We will pass Kim Giao forest, reach the highest point named “Ngự Lâm peak” which offers a great view of the whole island its biosphere reserved. Besides, Trung Trang Cave – an ideal destination for nature for nature lovers – is
also a highlight of the day. Trung Trang cave features 400 meters length through mountains, which is a natural cave created by heaven over two thousand years of history.
12:30 | Have lunch in the island
After trekking time in the National Park, our bus will take you to Cat Ba Center Town. You can enjoy delicious lunch and then have time to discover the local life on your own. In the afternoon, you will go to the most beautiful beaches here: Tung Thu, Cat Co 1, Cat Co 3 to swim.
15:00 | Visit Cannon Fort
This area is ranked as one of the most spectacular landscape viewpoint in Vietnam. From Cannon Fort, you will not only have a view of the island and Ha Long Bay but also learn a more about Vietnam history.
16:00 | Go back to Sena Cruises
Canoe will pick you up and take you back to Sena Cruises. Relax on sundeck with a cocktail before dinner is served.
19:00 | Enjoy dinner
You make take the rest of the night with drinks on sundeck, or watch TV in your room, or try your luck with catching squids.

- After receiving your final confirmation for your cruise booking, you should deposit for us the amount base on our request. It will be confirmed in your email. When we receive your deposit, we will go ahead to reserve your cruise trip. If your chosen cruise almost unavailable/sold out, we will advise you the other option and inform you the new price.
- Your booking will be just certainly confirmed when we send you the email confirmation with your deposit.
- In case you no longer want to go ahead with the booking, we will refund fully your transfer(you will paid the fee for transfer).
- Please deposit 70% of your cruise booking, the rest will pay for us at our main office in Hue City or pay by visa online. Both of link for payments will attached in your email confirmation
Notice: All the fee for your transfer will be paid by you, if you have any other request for payment, please update us, we will consider and update to you.
Depend on your time of cancellation, we charge you the specific fees as follows:
- If your cancellation more than 15 days prior to the departure date: Free of charge
- If your cancellation from 15 days to 4 days prior to the departure date: 55% of total booking
- If your cancellation less than 3 days prior to the departure date: 100% of total booking
If the cancellation is informed by Ha Long Bay Management, depend on the time of the announcement, the cancellation policies will be:
- Before departure from Ha Noi to Ha Long Bay: 100% refund
- During the trip (with some serviced used such as transfer, meals…): we just charged the services used, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you the details by email.
- With any other support, please contact us directly, we are always ready to support you.
- Free of charge for one child under 5 years travelling with 2 adults, sharing bed. For each cabin just maximum 1 child only.
- Surcharge 50% of adults rate for the child from 5 to 12 years, sharing bed and limited 1 child per cabin
- Surcharge 75% of the full cabin for 2 the child below 12 year sharing a private cabin
- For the child than 12 years will pay the full cabin rate
