Overview
Scarlet Pearl’s mission is to offer its guests the best cruise experience in Halong Bay, one of the most beautiful places in Vietnam and the world. We are deeply proud to help showcase and protect the unique UNESCO World Heritage site of Halong Bay (especially Lan Ha Bay) with its stunning and serene scenery forged over 500 million years, plentiful activities, and fascinating history. The name “Scarlet Pearl” is inspired by the traditional industry of farming pearls in the Halong Bay area, which is blessed with these wonderful, natural gifts. As well as acknowledging the pearl-themed experience that is enjoyed by our guests, this reference also shows the importance of sustainable travel to Scarlet Pearl Cruise. For example, a large proportion of employees, and all tour guides, are employed from within the region, to help support the local economy.
The cruises will offer the luxurious experiences for a maximum of 66 guests staying on an architecturally designed cruise ship, classified into 23 cabins of 4 themed suites with a story to tell. All suites are featured in smart control systems which ensure the greater energy efficiency of the cruise and help relieve the burden on the environment.

Itinerary
Day 1 Hanoi – Halong – Lan Ha Bay – Viet Hai Village
08:00 – 08:30: Our limousine will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
11:00: Arrive at the Scarlet Pearl check-in area at Halong International Cruise Port – where we will complete the check-in process and other procedures.
Direct to Scarlet Pearl Cruise. Welcome aboard! Enjoy a welcome drink during the cruise briefing, including safety instructions, before check-in to your cabin.
A splendid lunch is served at Tahiti Restaurant while cruising into the primitive Lan Ha Bay. The bay has hundreds of small and large islands, making it an enormous, wonderful scene to look at while dining.
We reach the landing spot of Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island where we will hop on bikes (electric car available) for an active tour along small paved roads towards a village nestled in a valley. Meet and greet local inhabitants doing their daily work, see their homes and the village school.
Return to Scarlet Pearl Cruises to relax and admire the sunset on our sundeck.
Our talented bartender will show you how to become a bartender! You then can make a special cocktail for a special family event after the course.
It is time to enjoy your dinner, as well as a special culture exchange on the restaurant stage between guests, who come from all over the world, and the Vietnamese host.
Day 2 Dark & Brught Cave – Hanoi
06:00 – 06:30 : Begin your new day with a Yoga session, taking photos, or enjoy the sunrise from your cabin window.
Enjoy a light breakfast in the delighted and peaceful beauty of the bay
Visit Dark & Bright Cave which is the perfect destination for our excursion, a serene round lake encompassed by rich trees and high stone walls. Take your pick either exploring the cave by yourself in a kayak or comfortably on local bamboo boat rowed by the locals.
09:00 – 09:45 : Return to Scarlet Pearl Cruises, pack your luggage and check-out of your cabin while cruising towards the port.
Enjoy an extraordinary brunch on board and then disembark at Halong International Cruise Port. Our luxury limousine car will transfer you back to Hanoi.
14:30 – 15:00 :Arrive back to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

Day 2 Lan Ha Bay On Luxury Catamaran Sailing Boat
06:00 – 06:30 Begin your new day with a Yoga session, taking photos, or enjoy the sunrise from your cabin window.
Enjoy a light breakfast in the refreshing and peaceful beauty of the bay
Relax onboard until our luxury catamaran sailboat picks you up on style to explore some hidden parts of Lan Ha Bay such as Dau Be Island or Ba Trai Dao beach. A delightful picnic lunch will be taken with you on the sailboat to relish later.
12:00: Enjoy your special lunch on the luxury sailboat.
Guests will have the chance to go fishing and swimming in the remote areas of the bay with the most breathtaking views. Return to Scarlet Pearl Cruise, then take some time to refresh or relax with our massage services as we cruise to the sleeping area of the bay. A new menu is served for this evening’s dinner.
Day 3 Scarlet Pearl Cruise – Dark & Bright Cave
06:00 – 06:30 : Begin your new day with a Yoga session, taking photos, or enjoy the sunrise from your cabin window.
Enjoy a light breakfast in the delighted and peaceful beauty of the bay

After your booking you will received an automatic email from us, our sale team will contact you within 24 hours. After the discussion, we will send you your invoice & booking confirmation details so that you can easier control your trip.
- After receiving your final confirmation for your cruise booking, you should deposit for us the amount base on our request. It will be confirmed in your email. When we receive your deposit, we will go ahead to reserve your cruise trip. If your chosen cruise almost unavailable/sold out, we will advise you the other option and inform you the new price.
- Your booking will be just certainly confirmed when we send you the email confirmation with your deposit.
- In case you no longer want to go ahead with the booking, we will refund fully your transfer(you will paid the fee for transfer).
- Please deposit 70% of your cruise booking, the rest will pay for us at our main office in Hue City or pay by visa online. Both of link for payments will attached in your email confirmation
Notice: All the fee for your transfer will be paid by you, if you have any other request for payment, please update us, we will consider and update to you.
Depend on your time of cancellation, we charge you the specific fees as follows:
- If your cancellation more than 15 days prior to the departure date: Free of charge
- If your cancellation from 15 days to 4 days prior to the departure date: 55% of total booking
- If your cancellation less than 3 days prior to the departure date: 100% of total booking
If the cancellation is informed by Ha Long Bay Management, depend on the time of the announcement, the cancellation policies will be:
- Before departure from Ha Noi to Ha Long Bay: 100% refund
- During the trip (with some serviced used such as transfer, meals…): we just charged the services used, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you the details by email.
- With any other support, please contact us directly, we are always ready to support you.
- Free of charge for one child under 5 years travelling with 2 adults, sharing bed. For each cabin just maximum 1 child only.
- Surcharge 50% of adults rate for the child from 5 to 12 years, sharing bed and limited 1 child per cabin
- Surcharge 75% of the full cabin for 2 the child below 12 year sharing a private cabin
- For the child than 12 years will pay the full cabin rate
