Huong Hai understands customers’ desire and we built the first traditional style wooden boat with deluxe cabins and facilities. As a result, nearly half of 1 million people have joined Huong Hai Junks on magical, enlightening journeys through Halong Bay.
Beside the wooden traditional boat fleet with 3 boats named Huong Hai Cruise, Huong Hai Ha Long proudly to grand open new luxury steel-made cruise named Huong Hai Sealife Cruises. The new boat inherits the experience of cruise service over the years and set a new standard of luxury cruise in Halong bay.
Booking Conditions
Please take the time to read and understand the conditions of booking set out below prior to booking a trip with Huong Hai Sealife Halong Cruise. We strongly recommend that you also read the Trip Notes relating to your trip prior to booking to ensure that you understand the itinerary and style of the trip you are undertaking.
Validity
Dates, itineraries and prices are valid from 01 January until 31 December. Beyond 31 December, itineraries and prices are indicative only.
Deposit requirement
You are required to pay a deposit of 25-50 % for your booking to be confirmed (Please note that special deposit requirements apply for some trips).
Acceptance of booking and final payments
Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed by us in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. Payment of the balance of the trip price is due 60 days before or on the departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. In addition to the trip price you may also be required to pay a kitty as specified for the trip you are taking.
Cancelation Policy
If you cancel a trip after making a booking you will lose some or all of the money you have paid for the trip. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip:
* 45 days or more prior to departure, we will refund the deposit (you need to cover the payment fee);
* Between 30 and 45 days prior to departure, we will refund 50% of total money you already paid (you need cover the payment fee).
* Less than 30 days prior to departure, we will refund 0% of total money you already paid.
Note that more lenient cancellation conditions apply to some of our tours – please ask your booking consultant for details. Different fees may apply to airline tickets, train tickets, charter cruises depending on the carrier being used.
If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.
Children policy
Children policy is different from this boat to the other boat so please check children policy carefully for each boat you plan to book. Below is one of typical children policy:
Baby Cot is free of charge and according to availability.
Children under 5 years old will be free of charge (maximum is 1 child per cabin, sharing room with parent)
Children from 5 to under 11 years old (maximum is 1 child per cabin):
Sharing room with parent will be charged 75% the adult tour price
From 11 and above will be charged as adult (100% tour price)
Two children under 11 sharing a full cabin are charged at 75% respectively of full cabin rate

Itinerary
Day 1: Vinashin Tourist Harbor – Bai Tu Long Bay – Thien Canh Son Cave – Cong Do Sleeping Area.
07.30–07.40: Pick up at your hotel in Ha Noi or nearby by shuttle bus (mini van) (Optional)
11.45–12.15: Embark at Hon Gai International harbor.
12.30–13.00: Embark on the boat. Enjoy welcome drink as Cruise Manager gives you a brief overview of the itinerary and important safety guideline. Check in your cabin.
13.30–14.30: Have lunch while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay; Start sailing among famous Islets (Indochina studio, Am Islet…) of Bai Tu Long Bay, the wildest beauty with the panoramic natural views.
15.00–16.30: Visit and explore the well-hidden Co Cave (known as Thien Canh Son Cave) where you can hiking to the middle of the mountain to see the wild and mysterious beautiful cave, contemplate numerous sparkling stalactites appear like ‘hanging lamps’ inside the Cave. (No swimming).
Return to the boat and enjoy Happy hour. You will have 30% discount off from the special menu drinks including of cocktail, mock-tail and mixed drinks (from 16.30 pm to 19.00 pm.).
16.30–17.30: Enjoy kayaking at Cong Do or relaxing on the cruise.( Kayaking rate is not included)
18:00–19.00: Attend our chef’s cooking demonstration and try your skills in the art of traditional Vietnamese cooking (spring roll).
19.00-21.00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. You can enjoy the charm of Bai Tu Long Bay at night.
21.00-22.00: Enjoy evening activities (Squid Fishing, Movie Night, Board Games, Massage & Spa services) or relax at the leisure then overnight at private cabin at Cong Do area.
Day 2: Cong Do Sleeping Area – Vung Vieng Fishing Village – Vinashin Tourist Harbor.
06.30-07.00: Welcome a new day with an amazing dawn on Bai Tu Long Bay. Refresh your body and soul with a Tai-chi session on the sundeck.
07.00-07.30: Catch the morning view of seascape while enjoying the breakfast with cookies and tea, café in the restaurant.
07.30-08.30: Visit Vung Vieng fishing village – the famous fishing farm by bamboo boat and discover life of local people living on the surface of Halong Bay. (No swimming).
08.30-9.30: Pack up the luggage and check out of the cabin.
09.30-10.40: Enjoy the brunch in the restaurant while cruising back to Vinashin tourist harbor.
11.00: Disembark from boat.
12.00: Your driver takes you back to Hanoi. The trip ends.

7.30: Catch the morning view of seascap while enjoying the breakfast in the restaurant.
8.30-9:00: Transfer to Day Junks and start cruising to admire the widest beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay.
10.30: Visit Cap La – the famous hidden lagoons covered by majestic limestone islands and islets, and wild beaches in Bai Tu Long Bay.
11.00-12.00: Kayaking through lagoons at Cha Phan Islet and relax at one of the most beautiful beaches in Bai Tu Long Bay.
12.30: Enjoy the lunch in the restaurant and admire the graceful beauty of Bai Tu Long while cruising to Thay cave.
13.30-15.00: Kayaking and discover Thay cave, one of the most well-hidden cave in Ha Long Bay.
15.15-15:30: Transfer from Day Junks to Huong Hai Sealife.

19.15: Dinner is served in the restaurant at the first desk. You can enjoy the charm of Bai Tu Long Bay at night.
21.00: Evening activities: relax at leisure; enjoy our Movie Night, Board Games or our Massage & Spa services (massage and spa fee is not included in the price), squid fishing. Overnight on Bai Tu Long Bay.
Day 3: Cong Do Area – Vung Vieng Fishing Village – Hon Gai Port – Hanoi Retreat (Brunch)
06.30-07.00: Welcome a new day with an amazing dawn on Bai Tu Long Bay. Refresh your body and soul with a Tai-chi session on the sundeck.
07.00-07.30: Catch the morning view of seascape while enjoying the breakfast with cookies and tea, café in the restaurant.
07.30-08.30: Visit Vung Vieng fishing village by a rustic row-boat or kayaking, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and fish farms. (No swimming) .
08.30-09.30: Pack up the luggage and check out of the cabin.
09.30-10.40: Enjoy the brunch in the restaurant while cruising back to Vinashin tourist harbor.
11.00: Disembark from boat.
12.00: Your driver takes you back to Hanoi. The trip ends.

- After receiving your final confirmation for your cruise booking, you should deposit for us the amount base on our request. It will be confirmed in your email. When we receive your deposit, we will go ahead to reserve your cruise trip. If your chosen cruise almost unavailable/sold out, we will advise you the other option and inform you the new price.
- Your booking will be just certainly confirmed when we send you the email confirmation with your deposit.
- In case you no longer want to go ahead with the booking, we will refund fully your transfer(you will paid the fee for transfer).
- Please deposit 70% of your cruise booking, the rest will pay for us at our main office in Hue City or pay by visa online. Both of link for payments will attached in your email confirmation
Notice: All the fee for your transfer will be paid by you, if you have any other request for payment, please update us, we will consider and update to you.
Depend on your time of cancellation, we charge you the specific fees as follows:
- If your cancellation more than 15 days prior to the departure date: Free of charge
- If your cancellation from 15 days to 4 days prior to the departure date: 55% of total booking
- If your cancellation less than 3 days prior to the departure date: 100% of total booking
If the cancellation is informed by Ha Long Bay Management, depend on the time of the announcement, the cancellation policies will be:
- Before departure from Ha Noi to Ha Long Bay: 100% refund
- During the trip (with some serviced used such as transfer, meals…): we just charged the services used, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you the details by email.
- With any other support, please contact us directly, we are always ready to support you.
- Free of charge for one child under 5 years travelling with 2 adults, sharing bed. For each cabin just maximum 1 child only.
- Surcharge 50% of adults rate for the child from 5 to 12 years, sharing bed and limited 1 child per cabin
- Surcharge 75% of the full cabin for 2 the child below 12 year sharing a private cabin
- For the child than 12 years will pay the full cabin rate
