Overview
Featuring wooden-interior rooms and a range of activities, Gray Line Halong Cruise offers air-conditioned rooms with tiled en suite bathrooms and private balconies. Guests can enjoy BBQ dinner, free kayaking or relax at the open-air bars.
Guests can start a cruise journey along Halong Bay after a 4-hour drive from Noi Bai International Airport or Hanoi Old Quarter. Once arriving at the lobby in Tuan chau Marina, free tea and on-board welcome drink are complimentary served. Shuttle bus and private car services are available on request.
Each well-appointed room is fitted with a wardrobe, complimentary water, life jackets and security smoke alarm. Private bathrooms include shower facilities, hairdryer, towels, slippers and free toiletries.
Activities ranging from visiting caves to island to free kayaking await guests at Gray Line Halong Cruise. It also offers free cooking class, sunset party and Tai Chi exercise. A wider range of night activities, including squid fishing, gaming, watching movies are available. Massage and nails services are offered at an extra charge.
The on-site restaurant serves continental breakfasts, set-menu lunches and dinners. A selection of juices, cocktails and fine wines can be enjoyed at a bar in the dining room or at the other open-air bar at a sundeck.

Basic of rates
All prices for cruise are generally per cabin, not per person, or a single where noted. Our prices and fares are quoted in US dollars.Cancellation by guests
You need to notify the company in writing as soon as possible if you or any member of your party needs to cancel your cruise holiday. The cancellation charge is base on the total invoice charge

Cancellation by GRAY LINE HALONG CRUISE
In the event of strikes, lockouts, stoppage of labor, riots, weather conditions or any other reason whatsoever, we have the absolute right to cancel, advance, postpone or substitute any scheduled sailing or itinerary without prior notice. Gray Line Halong may, but is not obliged to, substitute another vessel for any sailing and cannot be liable for any loss to the passenger by reason such as cancellation, advancement, postponement or substitution.
Cancellation by BAD WEATHER AND MAJEURE PROBLEMS
1. Substituted solutions in bad weather and majeure problems.
1.1 Definition of bad weather and majeure problems.
Those situations includes big waves, thunderstorms, non-permission for staying overnight on cruises from Ha Long Management Board or any cruise’s damages which may threat to the safe and health of visitors.
1.2 For 2 days 1 night tour
Solution 1:Had lunch only on departure date and come back to Hanoi: Charge 25$/customer and free pick-up service (if available).
Solution 2:Had lunch on departure date and take 1 day tour on Gray Line Cruise: Charge 80$/customer and free pick-up service (if available).
Solution 3:Had lunch on departure date, take 1 day tour and stay overnight at Halong hotel (including breakfast and dinner): Refund 10% of the total booking fee.
1.3 For 3 days 2 nights tour:
1.3.1. If bad weather and majeure problems incur on the first day tour:
Following the term 1.2, booking would be converted into 2 days 1 night tour with backup plan as the table above in the tem 1.2. Customer will reserve booking again for the next day ( if available).
1.3.2. If bad weather and majeure problems incur on the second day tour:
Passenger can choose 1 of these 2 options:
Option 1: Gray Line Cruise will apply substituted program, no refund or extra fees.
Option 2: Passenger agrees to cancel the program of 3D2N tour, takes part in activities with other customers who booked 2D1N tour and finishes completely 2D1N tour. Passenger will be refunded 25% of the total booking fee.
1.3.3. If bad weather and majeure problems incur on the last half day of the second day tour:
Passenger could join activities on the last half day of the second day tour and are not able neither stay overnight in the second night nor participate in the third-day-tour programs. Gray Line will refund 10% of booking fee.
2.Responsibility in bad weather and majeure problems.
– Gray Line Cruise has the authorities to change the itineraries, activities, places without notification to passenger due to the weather situation at that moment.
– Gray Line Cruise does not have responsibility for reserving hotel room or services for customers when bad weather interrupt the tour program. All services could be arranged upon customer’s request.
Insurance
Insurance on board is applied if the real loss/ damage/ body injuries occur. Gray Line Halong encourages passengers to buy international tourist insurance before cruise date.
Liability
The liability of the company and any other party that may be involved in providing services in connection with any of the holidays in this brochure may be limited where international apply.
The company is not to be heil responsible for any act, event or omission during the time passengers are not aboard the vessel.
Beside we also provide professional travel liability insurance package with limit of indemnity up to US$250,000 provide a safeguard and immediate help for problems occurred during the trip.
Children policy
01 child maximum per cabin and child reduction applicable only if sharing a cabin with maximum 02 adult
Children under 6 years old: free of charge if sharing with parents and using existing bedding. Baby cot is sometime not available and must be informed in advance.
One child from 6-11 years old: maximum per cabin and only if sharing a cabin with 2 adults in existing bedding. A surcharge of USD 80.00/1 child is applied.
Two children from 6-11 years old will stay at private cabin are charged 75% adult rate.
Children above 12 years old will pay full adult rate.
Confirmation policy
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return email or fax. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.

Client is requested to submit all passenger detail at least 24 hour prior to check-in passengers: Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport number, Vietnam via expiry date, contact number.

07:45 – 08:30 Pick you up from hotels at Hanoi Old Quarter (if using Gray Line’s shuttle service) and have a stop over before reaching Halong Bay.

12:30 Get on Gray Line boat by private pier and then crew warmly welcomes you. Enjoy welcome drink following tour guide’s briefing. Check in your cabin and take a rest.

13:30 Enjoy a nice set-menu lunch while the boat goes ahead to the Bay’s center. After lunch, you are free to relax. While lights of afternoon decrease slightly, hundreds of islands with different shapes definitely amaze you. What make your trip memorable are not the sights of Halong, but the line that you go. Best time to watch unparalleled sceneries of Halong in slow motion.
15:00 Arrive at Luon cave by tender. You will discover the area’s tranquility by kayaking or sitting on rowing boat. No matter what you choose, the activity centrally offers the serenity of escape, particularly in the midafternoon.
16:00 By tender, visit Titop Island. Free choice of activities: sunbathing, swimming and especially conquering the peak of the biggest island in Halong Bay.
Recommendation: Climb up the top of the island & enjoy bird’s-eye view!
17:30 Go back the boat for relaxation at dusk. Enjoy FREE seasonal fruits on sundeck.

07:45 Visit Surprise cave (Sung Sot) discovered by the French in 1901 that opened for tourists since 1936, now it is a must-to-see tourist attraction for its beauty, for being the largest cave and for geology value of Halong Bay.
NOTE: Be ready with your camera, shoes & take incredible photos.
09:15 Come back to our boat for freshening up & checking out cabin. Should not seat & wait for getting off. Gray Line runs on another route back to the marina that offers amazing pictures of Mother Nature showing full of typical islets.
10:30 Enjoy farewell buffet while the boat continuously cruises back!

08:30 – 16:00 A sightseeing boat (no cabin) takes you to another part of Halong Bay and it is time to watch Halong scenery always changing in slow motion. Below is all activities you can join:
– Discover Ho Dong Tien (Fairy Lake) cave – one of the symbols of Halong Bay. The cave looks rich in values of geology, geomorphology and formation history of the natural heritage.
– Go kayaking or swimming (depending on tides & weather) around Trong (Drum) cave area. Entirely unleash expectation of those who love kayaking.
– End our visit of the day at one of the famous pearl farms in Halong Bay where we can watch and learn the entire process of making pearls and expensive jewelry from the first step of growing and harvesting these precious stones.
– Rest with tea break on the way back to the main boat.

When we receive your deposit, we will go ahead to reserve your cruise trip. If your chosen cruise almost unavailable/sold out, we will advise you the other option and inform you the new price.
- Your booking will be just certainly confirmed when we send you the email confirmation with your deposit.
- In case you no longer want to go ahead with the booking, we will refund fully your transfer(you will paid the fee for transfer).
- Please deposit 70% of your cruise booking, the rest will pay for us at our main office in Hue City or pay by visa online. Both of link for payments will attached in your email confirmation
Notice: All the fee for your transfer will be paid by you, if you have any other request for payment, please update us, we will consider and update to you.
Depend on your time of cancellation, we charge you the specific fees as follows:
- If your cancellation more than 15 days prior to the departure date: Free of charge
- If your cancellation from 15 days to 4 days prior to the departure date: 55% of total booking
- If your cancellation less than 3 days prior to the departure date: 100% of total booking
If the cancellation is informed by Ha Long Bay Management, depend on the time of the announcement, the cancellation policies will be:
- Before departure from Ha Noi to Ha Long Bay: 100% refund
- During the trip (with some serviced used such as transfer, meals…): we just charged the services used, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you the details by email.
- With any other support, please contact us directly, we are always ready to support you.
- Free of charge for one child under 5 years travelling with 2 adults, sharing bed. For each cabin just maximum 1 child only.
- Surcharge 50% of adults rate for the child from 5 to 12 years, sharing bed and limited 1 child per cabin
- Surcharge 75% of the full cabin for 2 the child below 12 year sharing a private cabin
- For the child than 12 years will pay the full cabin rate
