Overview
Emeraude Classic Cruises situated in Ha Long of Quang Ninh Province. It’s about30 km from Cat Ba. The cruise provides a sun terrace , views of the sea and contains maximum about 80 passengers. It is considered as a turn-of-the-century paddle steamer and evokes a time when travel was synonymous with style and leisure.
All units have a sitting area. Some units feature a terrace and/or balcony. Each of cabin is equipped with the mordern facilites. Everyday you can join the Taichi Class and VietNamese spring roll cooking class. Besides , you will be very relaxed by enjoy the treatments at Spa.

Cancellation
Non-Refundable Rate: The bookings cannot be amended or modified and no refunds are available.
Flexible Rate: Any booking made with Flexible rate option will apply the following cancellation policy unless otherwise confirmed by Emeraude Cruises in writing.
Cancellation, amendment must be made in writing with following terms & conditions.

Payment Terms & Conditions
– Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer, credit card or onepay (without surcharge).
– Full payment 20 days prior to sailing date or bookings will be released
Currency
All cruises, visa, land tours and hotel prices and charges are quoted in USD unless otherwise indicated.
Insurance
On board insurance covers basic accidents on the vessel only, as required by Vietnamese law. We strongly recommend all passengers purchase their own appropriate insurance before departing for Vietnam and before your trip on Emeraude Cruises.
Other Conditions
The maximum occupancy for any one cabin is two (2) Adults and one (1) Child under 12 years of age. Additional charges may apply for occupancy by more than two (2) guests per room.
Emeraude Cruises may allow children to stay in the same cabin/suite with parents either with or without an extra mattress. Our policy is not to charge for children under five (5) years of age. Children aged from three to eleven (3 – 11) sharing a cabin/suite with two adults on an extra mattress will be charged extra, and limited to one additional child per cabin/suite only. Two children under 12 years old and sharing a private cabin/suite are charged at 75% of the double cabin rate. Children 12 years old and over will be charged at the adult rate.
Confirmed arrival and departure dates, number of cabins and passengers, passenger’s names, passport and visa numbers, cabin category (SGL/DBL/TWIN), special requirements (e.g. gifts, dietary requirements, etc.) must be provided by passengers not less than seven (7) days prior to check-in.

Emeraude Classic Cruises reserves the right to alter the ship’s course, itinerary, activity and shore excursions without prior notice, depending on various factors including operational / weather / tidal conditions, local authority restrictions, etc.

- After receiving your final confirmation for your cruise booking, you should deposit for us the amount base on our request. It will be confirmed in your email. When we receive your deposit, we will go ahead to reserve your cruise trip. If your chosen cruise almost unavailable/sold out, we will advise you the other option and inform you the new price.
- Your booking will be just certainly confirmed when we send you the email confirmation with your deposit.
- In case you no longer want to go ahead with the booking, we will refund fully your transfer(you will paid the fee for transfer).
- Please deposit 70% of your cruise booking, the rest will pay for us at our main office in Hue City or pay by visa online. Both of link for payments will attached in your email confirmation
Notice: All the fee for your transfer will be paid by you, if you have any other request for payment, please update us, we will consider and update to you.
Depend on your time of cancellation, we charge you the specific fees as follows:
- If your cancellation more than 15 days prior to the departure date: Free of charge
- If your cancellation from 15 days to 4 days prior to the departure date: 55% of total booking
- If your cancellation less than 3 days prior to the departure date: 100% of total booking
If the cancellation is informed by Ha Long Bay Management, depend on the time of the announcement, the cancellation policies will be:
- Before departure from Ha Noi to Ha Long Bay: 100% refund
- During the trip (with some serviced used such as transfer, meals…): we just charged the services used, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you the details by email.
- With any other support, please contact us directly, we are always ready to support you.
- Free of charge for one child under 5 years travelling with 2 adults, sharing bed. For each cabin just maximum 1 child only.
- Surcharge 50% of adults rate for the child from 5 to 12 years, sharing bed and limited 1 child per cabin
- Surcharge 75% of the full cabin for 2 the child below 12 year sharing a private cabin
- For the child than 12 years will pay the full cabin rate
