Cancellation by Customer
- More than 10 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
- From 10 to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children under 4 years old are FOC, sharing a room with parent/s.
- Children from 4 to 7 years of age are charged 50%, sharing a room with parent/s.
- Children from 8 to 10 years of age are charged 75%, sharing a twin/ double room
- Children from 11 years old will be considered adult
- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC

Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay
07:30 – 08:30 Pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (book transfer in next step), then depart to Halong (3.5 hour drive). Half way, stop in Hai Duong for refreshment.
12:00 Arrive at Tuan Chau harbor, enjoy welcome drink at Alisa Cruise Lounge. Transfer by tender boat to Alisa Cruise. Meet the crew and check-in your cabin. Enjoy lunch with Vietnamese and international dishes while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations.
Afternoon activities: Continue to cruising in the bay, passing by Cua Van Village, Tien Ong Cave, Trong Cave, Ho dong Tien, Luon cave,…
14:30 Arrival in Lan Ha Bay in Tung Gau Area- The most beautiful area in Halong Bay with wild natural beauty.

16.00 Visiting the beautiful Ti Top beach for swimming (if the weather permits). Passengers can take steps to reach the top of Ti Top beach to have a whole panorama view of Halong Bay.

16:00 Visiting Halong Pearl Farm Village. You will pass a floating raft where some kinds of oyster pearls are grown and transplanted such as South Sea pearl, Tahitian Black Pearl,…etc.

08:00 Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance. It is one of the biggest cave in Halong bay with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Return to the boat by tender. Proper shoes are highly recommended.

15.10- 16.00 Visiting Luon cave by bamboo boat with local people.If you are lucky, you will see monkeys on islands.After Kayaking we will have 2 options to visit because we can not visit both places as it is not enough time and it is also depending on specific date, weather conditions and seasons ( Summer or Winter)

16:00 Visiting Halong Pearl Farm Village. Travelers will have a chance to visit Floating Pearl Farm and see how local people produce the great pearls.

You may also try your luck at squid fishing & fishing from the boat.
06:30 Tai Chi le session on the sundeck. Coffee, tea, and pastries for breakfast are served in the dining room with a morning view of bay’s landscape.

- After receiving your final confirmation for your cruise booking, you should deposit for us the amount base on our request. It will be confirmed in your email. When we receive your deposit, we will go ahead to reserve your cruise trip. If your chosen cruise almost unavailable/sold out, we will advise you the other option and inform you the new price.
- Your booking will be just certainly confirmed when we send you the email confirmation with your deposit.
- In case you no longer want to go ahead with the booking, we will refund fully your transfer(you will paid the fee for transfer).
- Please deposit 70% of your cruise booking, the rest will pay for us at our main office in Hue City or pay by visa online. Both of link for payments will attached in your email confirmation
Notice: All the fee for your transfer will be paid by you, if you have any other request for payment, please update us, we will consider and update to you.
Depend on your time of cancellation, we charge you the specific fees as follows:
- If your cancellation more than 15 days prior to the departure date: Free of charge
- If your cancellation from 15 days to 4 days prior to the departure date: 55% of total booking
- If your cancellation less than 3 days prior to the departure date: 100% of total booking
If the cancellation is informed by Ha Long Bay Management, depend on the time of the announcement, the cancellation policies will be:
- Before departure from Ha Noi to Ha Long Bay: 100% refund
- During the trip (with some serviced used such as transfer, meals…): we just charged the services used, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you the details by email.
- With any other support, please contact us directly, we are always ready to support you.
- Free of charge for one child under 5 years travelling with 2 adults, sharing bed. For each cabin just maximum 1 child only.
- Surcharge 50% of adults rate for the child from 5 to 12 years, sharing bed and limited 1 child per cabin
- Surcharge 75% of the full cabin for 2 the child below 12 year sharing a private cabin
- For the child than 12 years will pay the full cabin rate
